Bob Towers training and consultancy was established in 2003 as a creative business supporting people in the private, public, community and voluntary sector as well as support directly to individuals.

Bob Towers has over 25 years experience as an advice worker, a manager, a volunteer, a coach, a mentor, a trainer, a trustee and as a company director.

He is a certified master practitioner in neuro linguistic programming and a certified Ericksonian Hypnotist.

He holds a further and adult education teaching certificate (C & G 7307) and a certificate for teaching English as a foreign language, as an acadmey training champion with the academy of excellence is customer care.

Bob is an associate with Blue Orchid Management Consultants and Weston Spirit Trading and works with a number of progressive organisations and individuals.

 

Consultancy

 

The design and delivery of customised development training for private and public sector organisations, and community and voluntary sector organisations. These activities have included programmes for both board and staff members.

 

Reviewing organisational and management issues for social economy sector initiatives and community and voluntary sector groups.

The preparation, development of strategic and business plans supporting activities accross the range of organisations such as community enterprises, advice agencies and community projects.

 

The production of independent evaluations using quantative and qualitative methods involving a range of stakeholders and making recommendations.

Production of feasibility studies including options and risk analysis and projected budgets.

Fundraising for community, voluntary groups and social enterprises including statutory funding tenders and contracts, applications to charitable trust and foundations and corporate fundraising.
